Memory and cognitive problems are evaluated at Delaware NeuroRehab through physician-led outpatient care that may include NeuroCatch® objective brain-speed testing and ImPACT® computerized neurocognitive assessment. Treatment addresses mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and executive function difficulty, directed by a PM&R physician at our Dover, Newark, and Lewes clinics.
Care at Delaware NeuroRehab is directed by a PM&R physician, so the specific evaluation and treatment plan is set individually rather than following a fixed template. Where relevant, that plan may draw on the following:
Persistent symptoms after hospitalization
Weakness, falls, dizziness, or gait instability
Cognitive complaints or memory changes
Difficulty returning to prior levels of function
Neurologic conditions requiring ongoing rehabilitation and physician management
This is general information, not a diagnosis. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

A board-certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician sets and reviews your rehabilitation plan, coordinating any therapy disciplines it requires rather than leaving you to arrange separate referrals.
Persistent symptoms after hospitalization, or if you have weakness, falls, dizziness, or gait instability. A PM&R evaluation can determine whether further evaluation or rehabilitation is appropriate.
What is appropriate for you is decided at your evaluation.
